Coptix Brings Chattem’s Ultraswim to the Web
For the launch of a website promoting UltraSwim, its patented formula shampoo, Chattem, Inc. partnered with Coptix, Inc. to create an online user experience as simple and fun as an afternoon swim.
UltraSwim is a product created for the 100 million people who enjoy America's number one sport—swimming. While the fitness and fun benefits of swimming are obvious, one common down side is hair that becomes dry and brittle as a result of exposure to chlorine, so common that "swimmer's hair" is a familiar sight around the pool. UltraSwim not only removes twice as much chlorine from hair as other swimmer shampoos, it also removes chlorine odor and oxidized metals, and contains moisturizers and vitamins to nourish hair. Meaning that swimmers can enjoy themselves without worrying about their hair.
Coptix was commissioned to design and develop a web site that delivers a simple educational message about the benefits of UltraSwim, presented in an engaging manner. www.ultraswim.com delivers the fluid, graceful look of a site developed with the best programming platforms for graphical elements, without requiring users to sit and needlessly wait or download additional programs simply to access information about the product. Instead, with a simple user experience and easy navigation, the site highlights the benefits of the product without taxing customers' patience. Thanks to Coptix's knowledge of web marketing, the site was also developed in ways that maximize its friendliness to search engines, with the result that any user with an internet connection can easily learn about UltraSwim.
